Our holiday home is situated in a beautiful location on the edge of a meadow, just a short walk from the charming historic center of Zierikzee. Blok 25 is a comfortable and cozy place, close to the vast beaches, the unique nature reserve Plan Tureluur, and at the foot of the serene Schouwse polders.

The comfortable seating area invites you to relax, whether with a good book or during a movie night. The warm decor creates a homely and inviting ambiance.

Comfort and privacy in our bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms

Our two elegantly furnished bedrooms each have a luxurious ensuite bathroom, allowing you to enjoy maximum comfort and privacy. The comfortable king-size beds ensure a restful night’s sleep, while the bathrooms are equipped with a spacious shower, sink, and toilet.

Enjoy a cozy meal indoors or dine out?

Zierikzee offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy a delicious dinner in one of its cozy restaurants. But sometimes, it’s nice to stay in for the evening and prepare something delicious yourself. At Blok 25, this is effortless thanks to the fully equipped kitchen.The kitchen features a spacious refrigerator, a four-burner stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. Everything you need to prepare a tasty meal is available – from kitchen utensils to a stylish coffee and tea station for a delightful cup of coffee or tea.

About us

We are Michiel and Natasja Tamerus, a web developer and a geriatric physiotherapist. In our free time, we are often on the football field with our children or working on home improvement projects – sitting still is not for us! After renovating two houses, we felt the urge to take on a new project.In 2021, we came up with the idea of building an additional house in our garden. The original plan was to use this house for holiday rentals, but we also see possibilities for the future, such as a care home for a family member or a home for our children.
In 2022, we started building Blok 25 together with a local contractor. After two years of hard work, Blok 25 has turned out exactly as we envisioned. We are proud to now share it with others, and the holiday home is ready for rental!
